This website offers information about my teachings of the Alexander Technique and the body of work I have developed called Mindful Reality. Please note these are two separate practices. For Alexander Technique description and lessons, please see section under Menu, or click HERE. For Mindful Reality description and sessions, please see section under Menu, or click HERE.
Regarding Mindful Reality, I have written two books, Body Over Mind: a mindful reality check: attaining psychological freedom by confronting thought with reality, and The Myth of Doing: managing guilt, shame, anxiety, regret and self-judgment. You can find descriptions, reviews, and purchase information for both books HERE. (A third book called, Reality in Action: How We Spend Our Time is in the workings!) All Blog posts on this site reflect this practice. And finally, there is a section called “Mindful Reality Related Themes” which provides videos, books and articles in the fields of philosophy and science that correspond with my work. For my personal bio, please scroll down to the very bottom of this page. I hope you enjoy the ride!
