Podcast Interview about Mindful Reality

https://www.alexanderaudio.com/applications/file6/jillengmindful.mp3

Currently living in Portland, Maine, I have been a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique since 1998, am experienced in Transcendental Meditation, and am deeply familiar with aspects of Buddhism, Hinduism and the work of Byron Katie. In 2013, I developed my own mindfulness, self-inquiry practice called Mindful Reality. The writings in this blog, and my two books, "Body Over Mind" and "The Myth of Doing" reflect this work. I also hold a Master's degree in International Relations and Communications and was a professional modern dance performer, teacher and choreographer from 1989-2012.
