You can pay for Mindful Reality Coaching Sessions and Alexander Technique lessons with Zelle or Venmo. If neither of those work for you, feel free to offer other options.

If you are not familiar with Zelle, it is easy to use. Check to see if your bank uses it (most do) and then you can do it through your bank online, and if not, simply download the Zelle App HERE. You only need to provide my email address to make a payment to my bank. My email is: spiewakeng@yahoo.com
