Feeling Pressure to Do Something to Fix Our Life

This is an example of my practice Mindful Reality.

Please find below a 7 minute video of me addressing emotional pressure with regard to “should” thoughts and the belief there is a way to “do” something about our problems. I explain why this is a myth, because we are always, already in a state of action simply by being alive, and there is never a way to do anything other than what that existence displays.
